Caring for family members is a challenge.  We care so deeply for our spouses, children, parents and relative, yet often struggle to maintain positive relationships that are healthy and nurturing.  In our Family Programs department, trained and experienced professionals help parents, children and relatives gain the knowledge and skills they need to care for one another and create a stronger, healthier family unit. 

Our programs and services for families include:

• Putting Children 1st – Court mandated parent education for divorcing parents. 
• The Parenting Journey – A 14-week parent education curriculum that helps parents come to terms with their childhood experiences in order to make positive changes going forward.
• Elder Outreach – In-home support to older adults who, in most cases, do not have the support of near by friends and family.
• Siempre Papa (Always Dad) – An six-session curriculum especially for Latino men that addresses their unique concerns and needs in their role as fathers.
