AIM

The AIM mentoring program is implemented by Family Service, Inc. in collaboration with Massachusetts Department of Youth Services.  AIM matches positive adult role models with youth from Lawrence who are involved with the Department of Youth Services (DYS).  The goal of the program is to improve young people's social, emotional and life skills to prepare them for adulthood.  This goal will be achieved by simply matching kids to a positive adult role model.
