frameworks
This program was chosen because (1) it can be adapted to regional and cultural differences; (2) it can be adapted to cover the entire lifespan; (3) it is a best-practice model; (4) Frameworks covers all aspects of suicides- prevention, intervention and postvention; and (5) Frameworks is a self-sustaining suicide prevention program through its Train-the-Trainer approach. To date, we have trained over 300 participants including parents, teachers, police, clergy, physicians and more. We have also trained 21 Master Trainers.
